This is not an Instant Pot recipe but I had to post it because it is the BEST way to get greens on the table! It goes in the oven for less time than a Daniel Tiger episode. Let’s END THE STOVETOP TYRANNY 🙂 Even Riley who hates broccoli loves this broccoli. They’re crispy and semi-charred on the outside but sweet and creamy on the inside. Did you know broccoli could be creamy and ADDICTIVE? You’re welcome.
SLICE broccoli florets into 1/4 inch-thick slices – really important so it chars and cooks through 🙁 Lay flat on a foil-lined baking pan (NO CLEANUP, WOOHOO). Drizzle with canola oil and lightly sprinkle with Lawry’s garlic salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 20 minutes and serve! I dare you not to eat half the pan before dinner. Also, it tastes great cooled down, too, so I always serve it when we have people over. The other great thing? You can cook a LOT at once so the broccoli doesn’t have to suffer a slow, rotting death in the crisper.
